Because sometimes... even your dog gives you the side-eye.
We hope you and your pup love every item from The Little Pooch—but if something’s not quite right, we totally get it. Whether it didn’t fit, didn’t fetch compliments, or just wasn’t your (or your dog’s) vibe, we’re here to make things right.
🐾 Here’s how to return:

Sniff it out fast:
Email us at hello@thelittlepooch.com within 3 business days of receiving your order to say, “Hey, this isn’t working.” -
We’ll fetch the details:
We’ll send you a return authorization code and instructions. You’ll need your order number, the item, and maybe a treat (for us, not required—but appreciated). -
Send it back pretty please:
You have 7 business days from delivery to ship it back. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Translation: no fur, no chew marks, no pup-approved alterations. -
Track it like a hound:
Use a trackable shipping method. You’re responsible for return shipping unless we made a mistake. (Oops happens—we’ll fix it.) -
Once it lands back at Pooch HQ:
We’ll inspect it, give it a loving pat, and if everything checks out, issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to play nice.
🐶 A few house rules:

No returns on final sale, clearance, or chew-on-sight items.

Earrings, swimwear, and doggie underthings (yep, those exist) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

If your item looks “ruff” (aka worn or damaged), we’ll have to decline the return.
